    IBTM Africa will host 50 buyers to the event who will be international senior decision makers representing corporations, associations and agencies, including:

    • Event Management Companies
    • Professional Conference Organisers

    All Hosted Buyers will have responsibility for the placing and organising of incentives, product launches, corporate events, meetings, congresses or business travel.

    Hosted Buyers will be able to pre-schedule a number of appointments with suppliers in advance of the event allowing them to maximise their time and speak to as many suppliers as possible.

  • Your diary of pre-scheduled appointments

    IBTM Africa's unique Pre-scheduled Appointment (PSA) Programme provides a personalised programme of up to 36 pre-scheduled appointments between Suppliers and Hosted Buyers.

    The appointments are mutually matched so that both Hosted Buyers and Suppliers can select who they are interested in meeting, providing an efficient return on time and investment.
